hi Cherrye: thanks for coming by. I hope you have a good day of cooking and baking. I enjoy doing both but especially baking. I actually did a little baking today to bring to my cousin's birthday party. it was an interesting day. when I got back, I went to get some materials I needed for college, got some books (yipee! lol) and some other shopping. now I am home relexing for tomorrw. my brother is coming over to celebrate his birthday which was on the 4th. we might do some bbq (yummy) and watch a football game. well I will be glancing as I have homework from college. how fun. :-) hope you have a great Sunday. oh an btw, I saw the pictures you posted today and I really like them. I loved seeing the cat climbing the tree. haha, too cute.

Hey Cherrye glad to see you are back!  Hope all is well and sounds like you are doing better.  Great new look on the site and love the pictures of theat large buck!  Thanks for the comments.  I must admit the events of the past week have been very excieting and there is real optimism on the conservative front now.  Sara Palin is a breath of fresh air and very down to earth.  McCain pulled of a bold political move then may just wake up enough people and get them interested to get off their butts and get involved.  Its also such a message of our great our nation is when this election is over a chapter in equality will be written in one way or another, no way around it now.  There are so many things to discuss but it is all moving too fast now.  Hope you keep feeling better and enjoy what is left of summer weather before the snow returns.
